This project was subject to a competition of 4 firms of architects which Hede Architects won. It includes two 30 place kindergartens, a maternal and child health service, community meeting rooms as

well as a second stage library. As a new hub for this new suburb it features an internal courtyard used by the community as an external wind free space and an external playground incorporating

recycled water. It is the first infrastructure in a new community.
