This new facility in the City of Melton serves a growing local population. It houses a kindergarten, occassional child care, and maternal / child health (MCH) services. A large community room and meeting rooms are available for private

hireand also provide spaces for community programs run by Council. The building's design and landscape concept is based on the pre-suburban development topographical features that survive and exist within the vicinity of the site. These

include a flowing creek, creek surround and a ribbon of native animal habitat. It features a curved facade with a central space referencing the Kororoit Creek nearby and has the capacity to add a second stage for large community gatherings.
